orders placed before 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day*. orders placed on saturday and sunday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

*pay attention!during holidays and promotions it is busier than usual. despite the crowds, we do everything we can to process and send your package as quickly as possible. please note that the package may arrive later than you are used from us.

delivery
if you have placed an order on the website, you have the option to choose the method of shipment. you can have your order delivered in the following ways:

• home address; your home address, an alternative home address or the address of a company.
• delivery to a postnl parcel point; would you rather not stay at home waiting for your package? during the ordering process you can also choose the option to have your order delivered directly to a postnl location.
• pick up in breda; you can also pick up your order at our office in breda on working days from 09:00 - 17:00. you can indicate this at step 2 in the checkout process. if you choose this option, there are no shipping costs. address: van schootenstraat 19, breda

not at home?
postnl offers the order twice to your delivery address. if you are not at home the second time to receive your order, the package will be delivered to the neighbors or to the nearest post office. you can pick it up there within 1 week with your proof of identity.

track your package 
after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation from us. as soon as the order has been collected by postnl, you will receive an e-mail from us with a track & trace code with which you can follow the package.

shipping germany
orders from germany before 15:00 are delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

shipping Europe
in general, orders within the eu are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
