Returns and complaints
How does it work?
We want you to be happy with your new BY-BAR items. If some items were not as expected for any reason, they can be returned within 14 days after receiving the package. Within these days you can choose whether you wish to return or change for another size, color or a whole other item. The product must never be worn, undamaged and (insofar as possible) packed in the original, undamaged packaging.
If you wish to return or change items, please fill out the returns form, which is added to your package, together with a copy of the delivery note.

After we have received the item with the filled out returns form and delivery note, we will evaluate this article as soon as possible. Then we will change the article for the one you wish, if it is still in stock, or refund. You are responsible for a neat and undamaged return of the article.
Cost of return shipping
The cost of return shipping needs to be paid by the customer. BY-BAR is only paying for the cost of return shipping in case BY-BAR made a mistake by packing a wrong item or made another mistake during the shipping process. In case you wish to return the item and do not want to change it for another item, we will give a full refund of the item price as soon as possible (unless it is a sale item, then we will give a gift card for the returned item).
As the returns form you can write down for which item you would like to change your current item, including the product name, size and color. You have to pay for the cost fo return shipping yourself but the new item will be send free of charge.
Gift card and returns
If you wish to return an item that has been paid by using a gift card, you will receive the value of the returned item back on a new gift card. This card will be send by e-mail.
When returning an item that is part of a combination discount with another item, this will be taken into account of refunding.

The BY-BAR team tries to serve you as fast as possible and at the best possible way. The clothes are developed and produced with ultimate care where high quality is one of the most important aspects. If there is anything wrong with your article, please inform us as soon as possible.

Describe your complaint precisely and give information about the following – if applicable: - your order number, the date of purchase, and the location of purchase (webshop, selling point, one-day-shop). We strive to answer your e-mail within 3 business days containing the information of what can be done about the complaint.
