we want you to be happy with your by-bar purchases. if that's unfortunately not the case, the item can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product. the product must be unworn and undamaged. Enclosed with your order is always a return form. If you return an item, we ask you to fill in this form and send it with your return. 

As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately start working on it. After receipt it takes about 3 to 5 working days for your return to be processed. During busy sales or holiday periods, the proces of returns may take a little longer. We ask for your understanding.

As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email from us*. The purchase amount will be refunded within approximately 3 to 5 working days. The amount of your return will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order.

*this regards for a return shipment, which has been returned with Returnista. At this moment you will not receive an update by e-mail yet via PostNL or by drop it off at the office in Breda.

Giftcard
If you want to return an item that was purchased with a gift card, the amount of the returned item will be transferred back to a new gift card. You will receive the new by-bar gift card by e-mail. If you have used a combination of payment methods, you will first be refunded to your chosen payment method.

let's be aware of the impact the fashion world has on our environment. together we can make a change. make more conscious choices, shop smarter and return less. for this reason you cannot return for free at by-bar and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. the costs depend on the shipping method you choose as described above.

Unfortunately, you cannot return a webshop order in one of our brand stores. We do offer the possibility to drop off your return at our head office: Van Schootenstraat 19, in Breda.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items for a different size.

Would you like to order a different size? Return the item in question and then place a new order for the correct size. The amount of your return will be refunded to the account number with which your order was paid.

The item you want to return must be unworn and undamaged, with all tags included. The item has no signs of use or other stains. If a return does not meet our return conditions, you can unfortunately not return it. Your return must be sent within 14 days after receipt.

the by-bar team does its utmost to provide you with the best possible service as quickly as possible. extreme care is taken in the development, quality and execution of its products and services. if there still is something wrong, we ask you to report this to us as soon as possible.

you can send an email to service@by-bar.nl. describe the complaint accurately, including a photo, the invoice number, the date of purchase and the location where you purchased the product. we strive to answer you within 2 working days with information about the handling of your complaint. if you have a complaint about your purchase which you baught in one of our partner stores, we ask you to contact the relevant partner store.

This is not necessary! you can also return in your own packaging. It is important that your return complies with our return conditions and that you fill in the enclosed return form.
